One Zillertal SuperSkipass - 167 lifts - 639 kilometers of slopes, of which 77 km black, 397 km red and 165 km blue, and elevations ranging from 550 to 3,250 meters above sea level. About 167 state-of-the-art ski lifts, 26 ski-bus lines – all resulting in an utterly enjoyable, snowy and truly unique skiing experience in the ski areas Hochzillertal-Hochfügen.


Pristine deep-snow slopes and superbly groomed hills, ideal for carving, that‘s what the skiing areas in the Zillertal offer. Moreover, there is the steepest run all over Austria, the „Harakiri“ with a maximum incline of 78%. Floodlit slopes ensure that your skiing experience doesn't stop in the evening. A special experience is the Hintertuxer Glacier that makes you enjoy skiing 365 days a year.

Modern fun parks with kickers, rails and corners, fantastically shaped halfpipes and virtually boundless free-ride country attract snowboarders from all over the world, promising a fantastic boarding experience.

Hochzillertal Hochfügen skiing area

This ski area is only a 3 minutes‘ drive from our hotel. With the free ski bus, you can reach the valley station in Kaltenbach in a short time. Exceptional elevations between 600 to 2500 meters ensure a long winter season. You will find well-groomed slopes and pristine deep snow slopes, ideal for carving and gliding, in the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area as well as challenging moguls for the pros.

Zillertal Arena skiing area

The Zillertal Arena with 165 kilometers of superbly groomed slopes ranging from easy to expert and 51 lifts is one of the most modern skiing areas of Austria.

In Zell, Gerlos (Tyrol), Königsleiten/Wald and Krimml/Hochkrimml (Salzburg), you can enjoy skiing up to altitudes of 2,500 m above sea level. With about 35 mountain huts, snow bars and restaurants, ski schools that feature colorful fairytale areas for the little ones and, last but not least, a high trail at 1600 meters above sea level, the Zillertal Arena is considered a paradise for skiers with good reason.
There is also a freestyle paradise that is absolutely unmatched. The Hot Zone snow park in Gerlos offers obstacles to appeal to everyone, no matter if you are a rookie or a pro.
