Culinary treats and local delights made with love and local products.

The cuisine of the Hotel zum Pinzger has an outstanding reputation both amongst locals and our guests, above all what traditional Tyrolean plates are concerned.
The painstaking, loving preparation with natural ingredients and primarily regional products - along with our thoroughly assembled collection of fine wines, promises real treats for your palate, every day again.

In the Hotel zum Pinzger you are spoiled from morning to night as far as culinary delights are concerned. Our half-board includes the extensive breakfast buffet (7:30 to 10:00 am), the varied skier's snacks (3:00 to 5:30 pm), and the 4-course menu with salad buffet (we kindly ask our guests to take a seat at their tables between 6:30 and 8:00 pm).

You have the option to choose among three different appetizers. In addition, a vegetarian alternative is offered. Twice a week, we offer different theme buffets. We are also happy to take into consideration special requests and special diets such as gluten or lactose-intolerance. Just let us know when making your reservation.

Restaurant opening times

Our restaurant is open during hotel hours of operation daily from 6:30 pm, and orders are taken until 8:30 pm.
